Shifting the burden of proof is a favorite of yours! I have used it often to hopefully show by example that the arguement itself , is based on incorrect reasoning and as such are incorrect!

Manny did more and got nothing. That is the point. As Koncz said, Manny could have taken the shots in the hotel if he wanted to hide anything. Like Floyd did by taking the IV at his house. Yes, they made a mistake and checked the incorrect box BUT the commission knew about it BEFORE the fight and Manny took nothing.

Floyd on the other hand did NOT state on that same form that he had a medical condition and DID take an IV by injecting fluids into his body. SO that means that there are at least 2 items that Floyd did not put on the form and actually had that IV.

No Manny Pacquiao would not have taken the ''shots'' in the hotel, the same way NFL players don't inject hours before hand. The benefit of Toradol into the system for NFL players is right before running into the field. Maybe you should research about Toradol.
