Testing, rules, and protocol. They didn't not follow WADA rules and protocol on the TUE, nor did they in the Morales case.

You mean the TUE that Floyd didn't apply for and wasn't approved until AFTER the fact? USADA already made it clear that he wasn't in compliance with their program when the IVs were being administered.

"He took the additional step of applying for a TUE after the IV infusion was administered, in order to remain in compliance with the USADA program."

Look at how dehydrated Floyd was at the weigh ins! I'm surprised that he was able to drag himself up the podium and onto the scales. I can see why he needed those banned IVs.

Again, you got owned. He was granted a Retroactive TUE. Thereby he is in compliance. It sucks that you own yourself so much because you don't do your homework.

An application for a TUE will only be considered for retroactive approval where:

          a. Emergency treatment or treatment of an acute medical condition was necessary; or

          b. Due to other exceptional circumstances, there was insufficient time or opportunity for the Athlete to submit, or for the TUEC to consider, an application for the TUE prior to Sample collection
          ; or

          c. It is agreed, by WADA and by the Anti-Doping Organization to whom the application for a retroactive TUE is or would be made, that fairness requires the grant of a retroactive TUE.

so, thast isn't defrauding the gov't FFS. hoping the UD gets changed to an NC so the loss is erased from Manny's record isn't evidence of cheating or fraud.

Whatever helps you sleep at night. The question still remains, if Floyd was dehydrated to the extent of needing 750 ml of saline - roughly 15 times over the WADA limit - why didn't he go immediately to the hospital after the weigh ins?

The severity of his condition was clearly exaggerated and USADA has yet to explain the medical justification for not treating Floyd's "dehydration" with several glasses of water.

                  A paramedic was on-site.

Yeah an ambulance went to Floyds house the night before the biggest fight in a decade and a half and no one noticed. The media the neighbors no one saw the big red truck with the flashing red and blue lights. The obvious explanation is because it was an invisible ambulance.

Not all paramedics come in big red flashing trucks.
