In fact, Anti-Doping Agencies have NO RESPONSIBILITY for injuries. An athlete can compete in any competition being injured. That's just common sense. What does that have to do with Anti-Doping? HOWEVER, any Injection as our context is Toradol, should have been told to the commission, because Toradol is an extremely strong drug - and Pacquiao listed it on his Medical Waiver, therefore it was already in his system during camp. Therefore, it wasn't a big deal for Top Rank to notify the commission.
The reality is that Arum wanted to get away with the Toradol effect during the bout of less than 50mg and hire Hauser to convince the public that it was USADA's responsibility to inform the commission. This is where Arum has caught himself and in a bad situation. He's acknowledging that the commission needs to be informed. USADA nor VADA do that for injuries. That's not their responsibility. Even Margaret Goodman the CEO from VADA said that Toradol isn't ideal for a fighter and that they SHOULD'VE informed the commission under any circumstances. Again, Arum was ******** on this scenario.
Plus all the inconsistencies from a shoulder injury from all of Team Pacquiao post fight. Arum has only made himself look like a fool.
