as such is not guilty of PED use (fact)
Absolutely not fact. The granting of a TUE does not mean he didn't take PEDs.

Floyd is most likely using steroids and the NSAC and USADA are doing their best to cover it up. End of story.

Bob Bennett went on national Tv and said no rules were violated. Is Bob Bennett and the NSAC your source of truth or not?

Mlive is a certified Michigan newspaper. It's not just some internet site. It is tied to almost all the major newspapers in Michigan. MLive is very reliable

Dude you complain about not taking the whole, then you parse the points and answer them. WTF? Coupled with the negative test done before the IV, yes it does.

Look dude. you and others will say he is guilty because it justifies all the contempt you've had for Mayweather prior to this. If anything comes out that contradicts how you felt all these years, you will refuse to accept it as fact or, as you did above, say its about "getting clicks"

Perhaps that is what Hauser is doing as well yet you haven't considered it.

No point to continue until you are willing to consider everything.

Hold your breath until they overturn the UD. My guess is you will not make it very long.

It looks bad because his actions are similar actions taken by those that are guilty. It's also bad IMO because he moved forward without getting approval. he treated approval like a rubber stamp when IMO its much more.

Its like a child that knows not to do something, they tries to find a plausible reason for doing exactly what they know they shouldn't do just because they want to.

If Floyd is innocent, why are his fans nearing 150 pages trying to convince people hes not a cheater?

lol thanks for proving my point. How exactly is this local Michigan news outlet privy to all these exclusive leaks that SI ESPN Ring etc. dont have.

LMAO really? You're going to come back at me with lame grade school rebuttals like that? Do you even know how to debate properly? You have a brain don't you? Then why don't you use it and think of an explanation on why the need for 750ml? Bear in mind that this is not only above normal, it is WAAAAAAAAAY above normal. Oh wait, there really is no logical and acceptable explanation for that that's why LOL! And I wonder why Froids "Doctor" or "Nurse" or whoever the hell did the infusion, along with NSAC and USADA doesn't even give their official explanation and justification for the 750ml? Ever think about that? Because they themselves can't come up with an excuse that would be believeable dumbass! It's as simple as that

                    2. Because according to NSAC that is true. however and IV is not against NSAC rules and therefore a TUE would not be required for NSAC.
LOL where did you pull that out from? Your ass? NSAC follows WADAs code numbnuts! Therefore an IV is against the rules for being in the Prohibited Methods List and a TUE would be most certainly be required for that. Eat crow **** rider, go and read it yourself, here's the :

                    3. Again, an 750ml IV for rehydration is NOT against NSAC rules. It' is against WADA rules which is why a TUE was requested and granted.
Stop talking out of your ass and making it seem that your statements are fact. A simple google research would have informed you that NSAC does indeed follow WADAs rules. See the link I gave earlier

                    4. Again you leave out that he was tested before the IV was administered and after and all test where passed. So this alleged flush is mute because he was tested before the IV. If you say he was flushing all along, then why request for USADA to witness the injection of the IV in the 1st place.
You know why I left it out? Because with all the shadiness that is going on with USADA and Froid, I would be a complete idiot to believe their word that Froid was truly tested before and after. That's also most likely the reason why Hauser left it out as well. Here's a question for you, it takes alot of requirements for a TUE application to be approved, here are some:
"a. A diagnosis with sufficient supporting medical information.
                    b. A comprehensive medical history relevant to the application.
                    c. Copies of all examinations, clinical notes, laboratory results/reports, and imaging studies relevant to the application.
                    d. The substance or method, dose, frequency, route and duration of administration of the otherwise prohibited substance or prohibited method in question. In case of change, a new application shall be submitted.
                    e. A statement attesting to the necessity of the otherwise prohibited substance or prohibited method in the treatment of the unarmed combatant and describing why an alternative, permitted medication cannot, or could not, be used in the treatment of this condition"

Given the requirements (keep in mind that these are not the entire list of requirements, just a few for starters) above that I mentioned, how come USADA and NSAC still haven't released or gave their official explanation on why Froids TUE application was approved and justified? You wanna know why? Because they simply CAN'T. There is no justifiable reason. Especially with there being other more acceptable treatments for "dehydration"

                    5. Isn't Adderall against NSAC rules? I believe the answer is yes and the reason why the TUE was denied. however an IV injection is not against NSAC rules.
Yes Adderall is against NSAC rules which follows WADAs rules. But what you failed to grasp is, why did USADA approved the TUE? Get it? USADA approved the TUE, NSAC then denied the TUE. What's even funnier is both NSAC and USADA follows WADAs code, so why did USADA approve his TUE in the first place? Hmmmmmm....

                    6. Because he believes it to be the best and it used in The Olympics with which he participated in previously.
Again with the kindergarten ******ed reply. Really? So your rebuttal is on your assumption of one mans (Froid's) opinion? LMAO GTFO!

                    7. Not true. USADA is WADA and they all use the same test.
I made a typo, I actually meant VADA, not WADA that time. I suggest you watch the video that was posted by a fellow forum member a few pages back to learn how USADA and VADA's test and procedures differ and why VADAs testings is more accurate and reliable in detecting cheaters.

                    8. Because that is what they charge.
LMAO are you serious? Do you even know how to debate with logic? If someone is selling you something, and yet another seller has a much cheaper price for the exact same thing, you'd just go with the expensive one without any thought? You really have sh!!!!!t for brains don't you LOL!

                    9. Because he thinks USADA is the best - gold standard
LOL again with the nonsense and immaterial kindergarten rebuttal.

                    10. I believe the contract stated that they would report TUE granted in 24 hours not requested in 24 hours.
LMAO do you even realize how absurd that sounds? Seriously, think about it LOL!

                    11. Because he is the man and in full control. A general in and out of the ring.
LOL when did this argument suddenly turned into a Froid **** sucking event? You really can't take your Froid fanboy hat off even for a second can you LOL!

                    12. Get the hate out of your eyes! You can't see!
On the contrary Mr. **** Rider, I highly suggest you get off Froids **** right now so that you may have a clear mind

Huh? so now it only counts if everyone has it, not just mlive. OK so how can Hauser's stuff be true if these same en****** you cite do not have the story?
