You won't recieve an arguement from me in that neither of them have been "going balls". But seriously...the names on Floyd's resume from the lighter weights he's fought at simply blow away the names on Hatton's resume.

To be fair, those names can't be used in this discussion because Hatton has fought primarily guys who are at 140.

If you're a big proponent of guys in respective weight classes I could see an arguement someone is trying to make for Hatton having fought the better level of opposition based on that alone.

But Floyd has demolished some serious names.

Hernandez, Chavez, Corrales, etc etc etc etc.

And he beat Castillo twice

There have up until now not been any offers for step aside money or other agreement from anyone.

That ^ seems to be the reason why Urkal's people are making a big deal about this and just highlights my point about Hatton's team ****ing things up. I dont know whether it's Collazo's side or Hatton's that should of paid Urkal to step aside but this kind of **** should of been dealt with already.

If I was Floyd and Hatton called my people to line up the fight I would be ecstatic. Floyd will/would rip Hatton a new ******. Hattons aggresion will not be par with Floyds speed or power.

I would be surprised if a fight like this actually ever came off. After all, once they have the title acrossed the pond they dont tend to risk it against worthy americans.

This dude has 40 fights and he wants tune ups especially since he beat Kostya Tzyu? I personally think that this is just a delay tactic to never making a fight with Floyd. Collazo fought someone last year that had 40 defeats and another guy that was 1-1 and now Hatton's ready to fight him.

Hatton doesn't need tune ups for floyd in the sense that he isn't ready physically to fight him, he wants to get acclimated to the U.S. and build a fan base. Hatton is no coward, believe that. I agree that an Augustus-Hatton fight would be very entertaining, but imo Collazo is a more dangerous fight for Hatton than Augustus...
