Exactly. this fight will be boring and dirty.

Chaves is very dirty and he has nothing to lose...

Brook went from fighting Shawn Porter, to Jo Jo Dan, to Frankie Gavin.

In terms of quality of opponent, he got no problems going backwards..

Brook keeps opponents in check with his jab and size.

He can go back when he has to, but he's likely to keep his position and dictate.

Chavez is dirty as f#ck though, I expect this fight to be very ugly in large stages.

Chaves can fight dirty for sure... and Brook, as well...
... Brook is able to lockup his opponent any time he wants to...
... I may predict an ugly fight, in case Brook doesn't KO Chaves early...

It will be a messy fight for 3-4 rounds I'd imagine with Chaves trying to rough Brook up. I honestly see him having second thoughts as soon as Brook lands a left hook- right hand combo.

After that, Brook will beat on him for a couple of rounds before he gets knocked down multiple times or the corner throws it in between 6-8.

Either way, I don't see Chaves being good enough to trouble Brook for more than a couple of rounds.

You're talking like Brook holds every fight, that's the only time I've seen him hold to that degree. Not excusing it but he isn't Wlad.

lol I dunno, I think you're underrating Chaves a little bit. He gave Thurman a very tough fight, was up on points against Rios and gave Tim Bradley hell.

Brook took 6 rounds to get Gavin out, 4 rounds to get Dan out, you really think he takes Chaves out in 6-8? Seems optimistic. We'll see though.

I thought Porter would easily rough Brook up... But he wasn't able to -- Brook locked him up and made him look irrelevant... I must admit that I was surprised...
