But it's misleading question larry, cos GGG is the guy who is better overall in terms of the eye test but he is in a dead division. Khan's lucky enough to have fought at 135, 140 and 147.

And Khan has been a pro for longer and has gotten bigger fights sooner and faced better competition because of his hype coming into the sport and his exciting style, that's very different from the supposed "hype" Golovkin has, who has draw because of results, there wasn't a pre-hype to live up to for him, it's always been about proving his worth and going to work. Of course you can't compare resumes in that sense, look at a fighter like Lomachenko for example. He is the real deal, and had tremendous hype because of his amateur pedigree and thus has landed big fights early on, a fighter without that kind of expectation takes years, and 15-20 fights to land the same names. You can't ignore facts like that when you want to play the resume game. Not everyone reaches the same level at the same pace but that doesn't tell us who is the better fighter or who should be ranked higher p4p.

Khan has peaked stock-wise barring a major win, and the fact that he has a glass chin, notable losses, and a big mouth make that type of signature win improbable. Even if he lands the biggests fights he will lose them, possibly by stoppage, the chances of that happening to Golovkin are minute.
