Wladimir fights his share of bums. He went on a run of Mormeck, Thompson II and Pianeta.
This is a pathetic showing now, Dirk. Trying to bait me, because I happened to stumble upon 'page 5'.

Yes, I did pick Stiverne to beat Wilder. You can't pick the winner everytime - something you doubtless know, having picked Cleverly to beat KOvalev.

    Calm down now, lad.

Talking about "baiting" when you came into my thread posting "lol page 5" and now doesn't like the taste of his own medicine

I have since gone on to give Kovalev plenty of credit for his achievements, didn't know much about him at the time. Yet you continue to criticis Wilder for not doing much wrong - the purse bid is in October so why are you crying?

If he batters up your next hope Povetkin like he did Stiverne....will it still be "bum after bum"?

And I look forward to the purse bid... and the inevitable postponement of the fight.

If he batters Povetkin, I will give him his dues. It's the ridiculous accusations and demands (PEDs, more tune ups before fighting a genuine contender) that wind me up. He's a damn champion.

Well you don't seem to be giving him much credit for beating Stiverne who you claimed would knock him out so I won't hold my breath.

Did you actually think the two sides were going to come to an agreement before a purse bid? Think about it.

Stiverne sucks sounds like they don't want to fight Povetkin because they are trying to build him up on PBC but why become a champ and then duck threats

Tarver/Cunningham is being lined up for him.

I feel like that is the only reason Haymon signed those two is to fight Wilder.

Yeah Yoz is spot on here.

I also picked Stiverne but no shame in that.

Picking Cleverly to beat Kovalev was outrageous!

Worth noting, Stiverne was a slight favourite in odds if I'm not mistaken and a clear favourite in polls. He was also diagnosed with a severe illness which could potentially have affected the outcome of the fight.

In fact, were they to rematch, I would tip Stiverne again most probably.

If Wilder can beat Povetkin (without verified medical excuses as in the Stiverne case) then I'll give him dues alright!!

But until then, call it as it appears.

                      Total bum squad!
