100% disagree in the comment so far...i like that..this is BS...rigo has moved up to face a p4p foe..floyd has moved up to face a p4p foe, manny has also done so and didnt ask for a cw until he went to 147....cotto has moved up to do so....now Bittchle G cant?? omg...go head an mention how ward has not moved up!...he hasnt called out 175lber repeatedly either or said they were ducking him ..he just fought everyone in a stacked division and plans on doing it again in a newly stacked fresher division...PATHETIC ggg

I don't agree with the catchweight at all and I assume that no titles would be on the line in that case. I think the money split is more than fair, however. I see this as more of a bargaining tactic than anything else and if the fight was to come off, it would have to be at 168.

That'd be funny if ward didn't come off a layoff and Golovkin didn't just fight a random 10 round fighter from espn.

If GGG wants to be great, he should fight him at 168.

However, on the flipside, Ward had Dawson come down. He was the A side just like GGG is, in dictating the terms.

That said, that win is tainted as will GGG's if he fights Ward at 164, though it is a fairer compromise.
