I think Ward should take this fight. He's obviously ducking Kovalev, but he has a far better chance of being successful against Golovkin..... He should take the fight. But he won't.

Im a Ward fan and I think its doable and an offer Ward should take. I just find it ironic how GGG and his fanboys are so quick to claim that GGG is above things like this and attack Cotto, Canelo, Lemieux, and others for pulling the same stunts

If Team GGG is inflexible on this then it truly is indefensible. No catchweight for this fight is acceptable.

Their tune seems to be changing quite some. I hope GGG fans are starting to see how all the talk was just bs.
Whatever happened to "We'll fight anyone from 154 to 175"?

50/50 is fair. I was afraid they were going to kill it completely by asking for me with their huge ego.
Catchweight is hilarious though.

Ward don't want it lol. He don't want 160 SO WE COME UP to 164 for him... But he don't want it. He don't want 175 either with Kovalev so he comes in at 172... he stays ducking like a damn ****** coward. Disgusting ******.

This makes it look like GGG has no intentions of fighting Ward. No problem asking for 50-50 split. But he looks bad asking for 164 limit when he has already been on record saying he would fight other guys at the full 168. So why switch your stance and now want 164 against Ward who just weighed 172 in his last fight? That's something you say because you know it's near impossible for Ward to get down to 164. Aka pricing yourself out a fight aka asking for something in negotiations that you know the other person won't agree on just to get out of a fight. Lame by GGG.
