In some situations, an athlete may have an illnesses or condition that requires the use of medication listed on the World Anti-Doping Agency Prohibited List. USADA can grant a the****utic use exemption (TUE) in these situations in compliance with the World Anti-Doping Agency International Standard for TUEs.

without approval you can't use saline actually.......as small as it is thats how wada works. they are very touchy. even you have things in shampoo that are against wada code (shampoo. something that people use everyday) many things are dated on the list. wrong again.............
