    yup, but the money won't be flowing forever. once usada stops receiving their bribe money, u'll start to see a real investigation into floyd's cheating ways. same thing happened to lance armstrong and same thing will happen to floyd.

    those 3 failed tests will no longer be just a "rumour/speculation".
