    I'm gonna have fun with this one because in truth. their doing a bunch of lying and don't even know what the f*cjk their talking about. this is gonna be fun.............i am about to have a all out party on their expense.
    If you did your research and actually tried it out you'd realise there are vitamin C cycles that increase your muscle mass providing you have a good strength routine.

    The multivitamin is for a PCT (post cycle therapy) to get your testosterone and hormones back to normal.

            New research indicates high levels of Vitamin C facilitates rapid lean muscle gain. The World Anti-Doping agency is considering putting a cap on it's use by athletes around the world.

                      I went swimming on holiday and accidently swallowed some sea water. I noticed after a couple of days i was starting to looked jacked. I weighed myself and realised i'd gained 30lb of lean muscle in 2 days.
