floyd fought a superior delahoya. pac a superior 126/130 jmm.

hatton, mosley they both fought were similar.

cotto is debatable. cotto was 145 cw but pac was at 130-135 a year earlier. cotto at 154 is meh. evens out imo.
I would argue pre Ko Hatton was better/more confident. He was getting shaken up in his very next fight but then fought Paulie and fooled a lot of people. No argument about JMM but he loses at any weight to Floyd. Cotto cw wasn't as big of a factor to me. The corner he had for Pac was miserable. For that reason alone I prefer the 154lb Cotto with Diaz over the 145lb Cotto.

Mosley was better against Floyd IMO because of timing. Not to say he had a lot left but he left whatever was left in that second round. Sergio Mora fight comes to mind.

9 fights vs. barrera, morales, marquez.

all top 10 p4p, atg, hofers

doesn't make pac god. but makes floyd's resume look like crap.

especially since floyd's top 9 has 5 of pac's opponents too.

I'm not a Pacquiao nuthugger but in a competent and fair boxing world he would have 8 out of 9 against JMM, Morales and Barrera.

1st loss against Morales, got blood tested on the day. I would lose to my 10 year old brother if they drained my blood before the fight. Decimated him twice afterwards.

Draw against Marquez, Marquez knocked down 3 times in the first round and one of the judges only deducted 2 points because he didn't know you could deduct 3, the ****?

And the last JMM fight, well if he wasn't working with Heredia....

Morales wins are overrated. Raheem beat Morales right before Pacquiao did and didn't need to bring him down to a weight he was struggling to make to do it.

Yeah I don't rate them too highly because of just that. Goes back to the "more important than who is when" mantra which is so big in boxing.

yeah. he'll have 4 wins or 3-1, 2-2 with a top fighter instead of say scrubs.

ali struggled 3 times with norton/frazier.

that hurt his legacy? no it's part of his legacy.

            winning easily is not everything.

we don't watch boxing to see guys win easily.

losing, fighting thru adversity, coming back, avenging losses is part of the game.

getting ktfo by jmm in a FOTY is better than whoopin chris algieri.

raheem might have beat a prime erik 5 YRS earlier.

that loss is overrated. bad style matchup plus morales was out of shape.

if anything that 2 pac fights took what was left of morales than ****** raheem.

morales looked good (SAME AS 1ST PAC FIGHT) in the 1st half of 2nd pac fight until he got worn down.

Morales was struggling to make weight, that's why he moved up. He wasn't out of shape at all.

How can struggling with a fighter leading to multiple fights be better than showing your superiority in one fight that there's no need for a rematch? Makes no sense.

How can wins over a Morales that was struggling to make weight and a healthier version had just been dominated by Raheem be so great? Makes no sense.

Does it really matter right now?

If Floyd wins, his resume and greatness surpasses pacs and if PAC wins he is greater than Floyd and has better resume

                    We find out soon

A fan of both guys but I will take your bait: There is Manny's hit list

                      -A draw against Marquez

                      -A lost against Morales

-Beat Barrera when he came fresh out of a loss to Marquez

-Beat Morales x2 by KO after he loss to Raheem and he came down in weight again

-ODLH weight drained and at the end of his career

                      -Cotto at 145

-Margo with out his plaster on a circus fight on a catch weight

                      -Over the hill Shane Mosley

                      -SD over Marquez

-MD over Marquez, if you believe that he won that fight

                      -Robbed against Bradley

                      -KOed by Marquez

                      -Beats a very game Bradley

Very good names but mixed results
