And from a strategy standpoint, Floyd is probably gonna wanna keep Pac at the end of his jab. And when Pac gets into punching range, tie him up and reset. I think Floyd will be responsible for 75%+ of the holding and wrestling in this one. So having a ref that doesn't allow it to linger will help Pac.
nope pac fanatics think manny is this great inside fighter now and will be at disadvantage because of the this great inside game he developed

      i will tell this again.

it is not Bayless breaking up clinches so fast that is the real concern.

it is Bayless favoring Floyd, that is the concern.

Will Bayless warn Floyd for holding too many?

How many warning must Bayless give before he deduct a point from Floyd, or would he even warn or deduct points even.

Will Bayless warn Floyd for using his elbow?

how many times must Floyd use his elbow before Bayless deducts a point?

Will Bayless all of a sudden allows clinching this time?

      those are the real concern

That means Roach, Pac or Arum has no say and can't do anything with the choices of ref and judges?
Floyd doesn't have the power to pick them the NSAC chooses them.

Pacroids: Floyd is the biggest criminal mastermind in history. He owns refs, judges, commentators, drug testing agencies, boxers, the media, former boxers, arenas, all the trainers.....and hes dumb. LOL

i am just asking if that is possible.

is there a time in boxing history that an A side picks the ref and the judges?

by the way, you might have some info or any update on Floyd's random drug test?

it is just less than two weeks now.

a ref rarely favors pacquiao because he's not a fighter who relies on the referee like mayweather, unless bayless is taking points off floyd like crazy and counting slips in pacquiao's favor, he's not gonna help him

actually, a ref like bayless who seems to think clinching is completely acceptable will just let floyd spam a tie up, and no matter if he broke it quickly or left them sitting there, it doesn't help pacquiao as he often gets punches off inside, so it might work against him

either way i dont think it will be a major factor, as i think pacquiao will find a way to deal with it, it will help floyd to take breaks and not take as bad a beating though

The NSAC posts their meeting agendas on their site, this is available to public.
They also accommodate public attendance and public comment.
