Where is Floyd in your rankings, must be creeping up. Maybe his performance against Pacquiao could be enough to topple Wlad?

Nothing to do with Mayweather, he surely has no issues when Mosley was about to put out Mayweathers lights in their fight. If anything in that fight he seemed to be on Mosley's pay roll.
He didn't break Mayweathe took quickly when Floyd was hanging for dear life against Mosley.

But I agree he is that type of ref. He need to enforce the rules, and needs to allow fighters to fight on the inside when they can.

But in the 2nd Maidana fight it really did look like corruption, even the showtime crew were getting pissed by it.

        Yes, as in any boxer.

I don't care if Manny was fighting Chris Algeri and Bayless was the ref, he would be in favor of Algeri.

Still nothing I can hold against Floyds victory.

he could have been if he had been the a-side. he was a lowly b-side so he was quickly punished for the same tactics that have made wlad and floyd great. what a wonderful world!

Mills Lane was a top referee

                  No Fail.

What happened in the 2ND Maidana fight was Kenny Bayless was coached on being EXTRA tough, basically be the opposite of Weeks, who also "******" as well.

And he fell into the hype. Do I think he was paid to be tough on Maidana or some sort of corruption? No, but I think it was more of "peer pressure" on watch out when he does this, or does that.

Basically they put him in a position where he knew what he had to do.

I also disagree with Weeks as well, a guy can bring a bat in the ring with Weeks and he would let it continue.

                  2 wrongs don't make a right.

If Mills Lane was the ref for Floyd vs Maidana II and Wlad vs Povetkin

We might get very different results to those fights.

                      Right, I agree.

And if anything, I don't think Refs will matter anyway.

Pacquiao is not a brawler, type slugger.

He throws his combinations from a distance.
While Maidana tries to fight on the inside.
