He is the top of ref that a promoter wants if he wants to make the his "Boxer" look good, and you pick Tony Weeks if you want to make your "Brawler" look good.
Nothing to do with Mayweather, he surely has no issues when Mosley was about to put out Mayweathers lights in their fight. If anything in that fight he seemed to be on Mosley's pay roll.
