FOH ****** trash.
You're wrote a snore-a-graph of feelings LOL.. f*****
OT: Anyway it's amazing how Freddie Roach always have Mayweather's name in his mouth. He is a detriment to Manny Pacquiao's progress at this point, I just hope their fans won't use Roach as an excuse.

Roach has gone senile. All this talking from team Pacquiao is uncharacteristic. We shall see how they deal with the challenge facing them on May 2 when the punches will do the talking.

Floyd Mayweather's resume is much more legit.Last edited by mikemurni; 03-24-2015, 06:42 AM.

So, unless you disagree with this.....
FACT: Mayweather is the best JMW on the planet
FACT: Canelo is the 2nd best JMW on the planet
..... then, the fact that they did not fight at 154 is completely irrelevant.
They are obviously ranked #1 and #2 at 154.
Yes, lineal is rubbish.
Lineal is just " the-man-who-beat-the-man ".
The lineal " champ " (LOL) is often not the best in the division.
e.g.
Bernard Hopkins..... sorry, I mean..... The Great Bernard Hopkins.
Hopkins was the man at middleweight, he unified, set records for consecutive defences, AND he became the lineal champ.
So, the lineal champ was the best in the division, right ?
Not according to Jermain Taylor, who beat him TWICE !
So, Taylor was the man, right ?
Nope, not according to Kelly Pavlik, who beat him TWICE !
So, Pavlik was the man, right ?
Nope, not according to Sergio Martinez.
So, Martinez was the man, right ?
Nope, not according to Miguel Cotto.
Now..... now, we can have some real fun
So, Miguel Cotto is the current Lineal Middleweight Champion.
I challenge you to tell me where Cotto SHOULD be ranked at middleweight..... use the ring rankings, and slot Cotto in where you think he should fit.
Then, after you have told me where the current lineal middleweight champion should really be ranked at middlwweight...... you can then set about telling me why "lineage" should be a factor when considering greatness.
Seriously, the only reason why we have a lineal " champ " is because every division is fractured by numerous ABC organisations. Back in the day we did not have a lineal champ, we did not need one, because we had a real champ lol.
How can you give a fighter credit for "lineage", when considering him against truly great fighters who fought in an era where there was no such thing as " lineal " because they had a real champion?
You insisting that lineage is even important, is simply watering down the standards that have been held within boxing for decades.
So yes..... when considering true greatness..... lineal is rubbish, and should not be a factor.
It can be factor when separating greatness, I agree..... but not when defining greatness.
Lineage is something that can be considered after determining that a fighter is great, so that you can compare him with other fighters that you have already defined as great..... but not as initial justification that he is great..... that would be weak as shht.
No.
I do not give a fakk about P4P because it is subjective, opinion-based only, and has no bearing whatsoever on divisional supremacy..... so therefore simply cannot be taken seriously.
I got more info on lineage / lineal champs if you're interested ^^
Your the only idiot who thinks lineal championship is bull****. Lineal championship is probably the purest form of getting to know the best fighter is in that divsion. There is no politics behind it, no sanctioning fees, and no nuthugging fans like you to sway the decision who the best fighter is in that division.. The rules are simple and clear cut..To be the man you have to beat the man...
And lol again on P4P list..P4P list is not only for divisional supremacy numbnuts... Its not only for that because not every division have the same level of competition.. There is another list for that... Its called divsion lineal / ring rankings..But if you want to be subjective, you can also view the ABC belts.. They have their own rankings for every weight class there too.,,maybe you can find a 152 weight class there somewhere...Last edited by mikemurni; 03-24-2015, 07:02 AM.

You dopey twat, I just gave you an example of the exact opposite.
Hopkins > Taylor > Pavlik > Martinez > Cotto.
ALL were lineal champs, and ALL got beaten by a guy who was better than them at that point in time.
Maybe I could understand you struggling with this if I hadn't given you a prime example.
So, according to you, Mayweathers resume at 147 pisses all over Pacs resume at 147, because Mayweather beat the mighty lineal champ Carlos Baldomir..... right ?
Dumba55 !
It boils down to one thing, and one thing only.....
WHO you beat, and WHEN you beat them..... nothing more.
Adding up boxing writer awards, emerald/platinum/diamond girlfriend belts, and worthless lineal titles dont mean shhht.
A lineal title is just the same as any other ABC title..... the holder COULD be the best guy in the division, or he may not be..... big fkn deal.

If you want to continue this discussion, accept my challenge or STFU.
So, title lineage is sooooo important to you huh ?
I challenge you to tell me where Cotto SHOULD be ranked at middleweight..... use the ring rankings, and slot Cotto in where you think he should fit.
Here are The Ring rankings......
Golovkin
Quillin
Martinez
Geale
N'Dam
Lee
Murray
Taylor
Sounders
Jacobs
Tell me where Cotto should be ranked !
Then tell me why lineage is so important to you again coz I missed it.
