That's funny because the majority of the real top p4p fighters in the sport aren't even signed to haymon, so his practice of only dealing with his own fighters is making for the best possible matchups in boxing not take place as he has been responsible for already for doing for years.
Its on free network tv and basic cable. If you are expecting championship fights on these networks I think you are mistaken. How many world championship fights did you see on Tuesday night fights or Friday night fights?

Most boxing fans want Al to put on either the best possible fights or want to see the fights turn out better than they appear on paper.

You want him to put on bad matches so this fails or you want the fights to suck solely because you have made up in your mind that he is plotting a takeover to form a monopoly, even though there is no evidence to support this.

Its beginning to look like you are trying to hide the real reasons you want this to fail.
I think al haymon did a sh^t job in the past... but when you look at "the big picture", or how some would say it, those fights that he didn't make last year you can say that he was "saving" them for the PBC stuff... which in turn it was actually a good idea especially if we, especially the casuals, get to see those fights on unsubscribed networks. And now its coming out that they are gonna start "reporting" boxing stuff its even better imo.

He's paying insane money for the air time and he's also responsible for paying the fighter purses. And so far his first 2 cards didn't pull great ratings. Damn his investors are losing money. Kathy Duva said it best

“I did a show on NBC two, three years ago. I had a $150,000 rights fee. I had to live in that,” she said. “At the peak of my show, I had 3.2 (million watching), they had 4.2. He went out and spent $8 million on marketing, production, the time buy and only got a million more people to watch than I did. My marketing budget on that show was $5,000.”

The model just can't sustain itself. He just spent millions and millions for his Spike TV card and it did less ratings then a Rerun of Cops that aired on Spike immediately before the PBC show. Yet the license to re-air Cops is a mere fraction of what he just spent for less ratings. Either his investors will get tired of losing money or he will have to drastically cut costs. To do that he will need to pay his fighters peanuts like MMA does or lower the quality of fights similar to a Friday Night Fights quality.
The "model" can actually sustain itself in reality... Once the sponsors start seeing the constant flow of ratings, they are gonna want their products shown on those specific time slotted commercials. Haymon & company can in turn "sell the time slots" of those commercials to "the highest bidder". Thats just my theory on how they can still make money.

I guess US fans should all be hoping for PBC to pick up some major sponsors so they can continue on network television.

Haymon cannot put on the best possible fights unless he deals with other promoters such as Roc Nation, Golden Boy, Top Rank, K2 and others. He will not do so. Therefore he cannot put on the best fights.

I would love to see him put on fights that I want to see. Kovalev-Stevenson, GGG-Quillin are two that come to mind. Even Cotto-GGG or Canelo-GGG. What chance do you think I have of seeing those fights on PBC at any time in the future? Yeah, I thought so.

I want it to fail because I think having one person with too much power over boxing, or over any sport or business, is a bad thing and history has proven time and time again that absolute power corrupts absolutely. With Haymon, we are already starting with some who is corrupt so more power will only make things worse, not better, for boxing.
They don't need PBC for these fights and they STILL aren't happening, but blame Haymon for that. So what if GGG, Canelo and Cotto never get a shot on broadcast TV; only boxing fans know them anyway.

PBC will build the stars, and these three will be forgotten. Instead of being happy about the growth, these guys are hating. If this was Arum's creation, he would be a god to them

I ask again, have you seen the ceo of your bank do interviews?

You are losing credibility with each post.
This is a bad analogy. From the standpoint of all but the most deep-pocketed consumers/investors, banks offer nearly identical services for about the same cost, give or take, with maybe a few little gimmicks or twists.

Haymon isn't selling a generic service, he's selling a *product*. And his product is unique, new, different, etc. than that of his competitors. He should be talking about it.

Maybe Al's not good on camera? OK, then give a print interview.

Either way, his product would be an even bigger hit with fans if he just let fans know he's listening to them, and communicated that (even just once in awhile) through the press.

A better question might be, do you see the CEO of Apple or Microsoft or GE or Ford Motor give interviews (answer: "yes, all the damn time!"). Why? Because they're always "pitching" their product to let the public know that the company listens to customers and will continue to strive for excellence, meet their needs, and satisfy their demands.

Quillin - Lee title is on the line but will most likely not be mentioned or displayed on the PBC broadcast. Just as Thurman's title was not shown or mentioned.

Dirrell - DeGale will not be a PBC fight. DeGale is not a Haymon fighter.

Garcia - Peterson is a 10 round catchweight with no titles on the line.
