Wonder if Floyd will start off aiming to shoulder roll and see whether Pac can exploit it or go straight into the high guard and walk him down.

Lol. I'm just asking because I read his interview. He talks about being the bigger, stronger, rangier fighter. I can see this fight playing out like the Judah fight where he's walking him down and imposing his will on him.
idk, i think initiating the action against pacquiao would be a big mistake

Measuring distance and feints, see what Pacquiao is willing to bite into, then go from there.

Center of the ring. That's where Marquez and Morales had their success. Morales pushed him back and used his size advantage where Marquez timed his rhythm coming in. Floyd can do both.

Pacquiao doesn't have the size and strength advantage to keep Floyd on the ropes and force him in that defensive shell. He's not Castillo, Cotto or Maidana.

First or second Floyd still wins IMO.

I believe Pacquaio will struggle badly with the distance

I agree, but maidana was winning in the center in the 1st fight. He was beating floyd and the punches were coming from weird angles.

I am confident floyd corrects that by using his reach and being more offensive than defensive.

Agreed. Pac will have success early. Floyd runs away with it late.
