If someone starts bending at the waist the thing to do is to take both of your gloves and shove their head down and control it so they can't come up instead of missing with punches trying to hit their head. Or hold their head in place so they can't move and use it as a swivel to angle around and punch.
You aren't in any kind of position to throw punches when you do that. It shouldn't make pro's at the level still look ******.

It's not illegal. Atleast not in Nevada. They say "crouching" but that's not a crouch. Or maybe they need to clarify better
