Honesty I thought they would announce during SB week. But it's All-Star Weekend, that's a great time to announce as well. As long as the two fighters have been on board, I've always felt like it would happen.

Even Hopkins doesn't feel Floyd genuinely wants this fight.
You promptly posted no-it would be floyd, haymon and arum.
It's clear it isn't consensus but rather pac fans who just can't hold manny accountable for his actions that have prevented this fight.

Mayweather is seen in the video telling Pacquiao that both of them have to come together before they both retire. Their meeting was over an hour long, with Mayweather only dropping a select 12 second clip.

We're just given the selected 12 seconds out of an hour+ long meeting to hear him say:
"You know I congratulate him on his career, he had a wonderful career, and I had a wonderful career, BUT before we leave the sport of course we have to make this fight happen."
Time will tell if he meant let's make it happen for "Cinco de Mayweather" 2015???...or 2016??? (or whatever year in the future that he decides to "leave the sport"). Let's keep in mind that his boy Espinoza said they're not in panic mode, and there's no sense of urgency to git 'er done for 2015, and they already have plan B opponents lined up. LOL
So far as I can see, the only apparent motivation for posting this clip seems to be in milking the stalled negotiations in order to con his sheeple into buying the Shots app in which he has invested over a million bucks, in order for those gullible fans to follow and get blue balls watching & waiting on him to announce whether or not he'll produce the contract that Pacman has been waiting to co-sign.
TIME WILL TELL. Let's be patient, folks. Or, as Ronnie Nathanielsz said, "Let's be fair to Floyd" ... let's put a hold on the name calling and let's just wait for him to step out from his smoke screens/illusions & expose his motivations, whether he was sincere or not.
'Nuff said.

How does that work?
"I want to fight the best and yes Manny you are NEXT!" .... "I never said that Manny is next. Don't put words in my mouth"
Floyd knows that Manny wants the fight because each time, Floyd has to come up with new roadblocks to prevent it from happening. This time Manny accepted on every demand from Floyd. Floyd also has pressure from all sides.
I think that Floyd is ready to fight the 2015 version of Manny. Floyd never wanted to fight the 2009/2010 version of Manny. Not even the 2012 version.
