Theres no mention of Pacquiao not be able to wear his glove of choice, all it says is that they agreed.

I suspect the reason for concern is that if was merely a case of, "Anything deemed legal by the governing body and properly inspected", that wouldn't need to be stipulated as it would be a given. After the 'health first' pillow glove drama a year ago with Floyd this probably has people assuming the worst. People could be optimists and view stipulating the gloves a just a method of preventing glove drama, but fans of this fight have been jerked around so much over the years that optimism may be a little hard at this point.

Well first of all yes it does matter if its legal or illegal. By the letter of the law Pacquiao didn't do anything wrong. Secondly, there are different levels of wrong. I hope you don't compare someone speeding to someone committing first degree murder. So comparing legal acts to something that is not only a misdemeanor but a FELONY is just laughable. Well i guess we should compare someone speeding with murder, there both wrong as you say.
