      At that point, Memo wasn't with Marquez long enough but physically, you saw the difference even in the 3rd fight. They needed to tweak the PEDs a bit and boom!

                    In my opinion Marquez should give Pacquiao a fifth fight to clear his name/legacy of cheating allegations (i.e. PEDs); bring in VADA testing to silence all critics. The fight should have judges that were not involved in their previous fights, similarly to prevent allegations of bias in favour of Pacquiao. But if they don't get to fight again, the world moves on.
