People like to include Floyd in this madness and if people actually looked at the facts IMO the truth points in Floyd's direction. He's done everything from offering the guy who said "I'll take less money for the fan to make this fight with Floyd" $40mil to advising him to sign a one time deal with either MP or GBP. Floyd has made it clear to anyone that will listen, that as long as Bob Arum is in the picture & Pacroid doesn't test there won't be a fight. Pacroid took himself out of the money split situation when he stopped juicing and Marquez damn near killed him with one punch, leaving him lifeless in front of his woman for the world to see the true juice-less Pacroid. Frankly Pacroid couldn't beat Floyd juiced or not that's just a fact. But why didn't the guy just take the test in the first place is what pro Pacroid fans shoud honestly ask themselves? They hate to hear the truth and that truth is their hero was dirty & testing would have proved it. Anyone else would have said "Ok Floyd here's my samples and they are clean, so sign & let's do this". But not Pacroid, he started getting stage fright & saw needles as a cowards way of getting out of the fight and getting exposed..... I say to hell with Pacroid, Freddie & the Arum dude. Didn't I read on a BoxingScene that manny said he will not use mayweather name no more during the promotion to this fight because he's being accused of using mayweather's to promote the fight so he wast gonna say nothing about mayweather till after the fight. And now I'm reading 3 new threads pacquaio talking mayweather and even roach got 2 or 3 threads has well. That's crazy he didn't stick to his word.

I feel like this fight is going to happen and sooner than many may think. Isn't Cotto- Canelo trying to get the Cinco De Mayo date that Mayweather always trys to fight on. Wouldn't it be great timing to have the two finally fight on that date. Think about the money both could make. The fight will be close becuase Mayweather just isn't active enough to dominate a guy like Pac. This sets up a huge rematch around Mexican independence day September 16th. Just saying.

Manny if you want to fight mayweather, who you knew had a contract with Showtime, then why did you sign an extension and exclusivity deal with arum/HBO? Please just give it a rest. Neither of you want to take on a real challenge, there's too much money in you both going your separate ways.

It shouldn't matter which network or promoter a fighter is signed with. A transparent, concise contract with each sides' demands addressed and no hidden clauses can easily be drawn up. As long as both sides agree to the negotiated terms of the contract, what's the problem? One fighter saying he won't fight on another network, or do business with a certain promoter is making a cheap excuse. It's a clear b1tch move that should be recognized for what it is and scoffed at.

That's not a bad offer, but you aren't speaking for Mayweather. He wants 100% of the PPV, while Manny is supposed to be a dummy and get suckered into accepting 40 million like he accepted that brief case of money in the limo from Oscar Delahoya a few years ago, where he signed a contract with them and was signed to both Golden Boy and Top Rank.

We need to look at what's 'reasonable' from Floyd's POV. If he fights Manny, he is fighting the # 2 draw in Boxing, which should mean something when it comes to the split. The # 2 guy deserves a slightly smaller split, but a big split nonetheless. The traditional 60-40 still makes sense. Roy Jones and Hopkins couldn't agree to 60-40, lets see if these two can or whether they will cash out when they're both 40 years old.
