You guys keep blaming Floyd\Pac and are constantly overlooking the most crucial and biggest obstacle.
Because it doesn't suit their agenda. However it really hits home when you ask them why Pac isn't fighting any relevant fighter at 147 who's actually fighting and winning at 147.

They reply with, who can he actually fight, Bob only has a few fighters.

They know.. they just don't like to admit it because it doesn't go along with the "floy b scarre doe".... They know Bob is blocking the fight. They also hate the fact that Floyd went behind Bob's back and personally called Pac up on the phone, man to man to only have Pac mumble Bob Arum's name and pass the phone off.

First, let's start with Mosely. Mosely KO'd Margarito and came in to fight Mayweather as a champ, then got totally schooled. He then had a draw with Sergio Mora, and then fought Manny. Bradley beat Alexander at 140, then beat Joel Casamayor before fighting Pacquiao. How do you get Pacquiao after beating Joel Casamayor. Bradley nearly got killed by Ruslan @ 147, and that was Ruslan's first fight @ 147. Bradley beat Marquez...uh, duh, every welterweight has beaten Marquez. The only welterweight to be beaten (which is an understatement) by Marquez...Manny Pacquiao. Bradley is just as much a hype job as Broner. Floyd has definitely been fighting the better fighters for at least 4 years, including 2 southpaw champs, and 2 Jr. MW champs! Men lie, women, lie numbers don't: 47-0! Deal with it.

News flash - Floyd said he was open to the fight live after his last fight and then yesterday says he will only do it is it's on Showtime (knows Manny is under contract with HBO) and if TMT promotes the fight. (knows Manny is under contract wih Top Rank)

Floyd is a great fighter but you and I both know he's a b@tch when it comes to the notion of fighting Pacquiao.

Is it really not obvious to you now? Really? The writing is more than on the wall at this point dude.

Talk is cheap in both cases so that really doesn't matter, it is comical that that really means something to you though. The fight has not happened because there are huge issues between the sides which make sense as to why the fight hasn't happened. Only people who have no clue about how things have really gone down, think like that so congratulations for showing how little you know.

Bob has run this same thing how many times, the fact you come back with this salty drivel to what was a joke just shows how sorry you are.

It would make for a really good book if someone was really able to get the dirt on both sides, or a nice 90 documentary.

It would be very bitter sweet though.

            You're a right gullible bumsniff aren't you

Arum's suddenly a roadblock when it didn't seem to be an issue back in 09/10 when they were negotiating...

a draw with sergio mora at 154lbs. doesn't change the fact that he was ranked #3 at 147 by ring.

yah bradley beat an undefeated alexander and as a result unified the WBO and WBC titles before pac. he was also ranked top ten p4p (i think #7 at the time), and #1 at 140, undefeated, slick and prime.

and marquez was a very good win considering he was ranked #3 p4p, awarded fighter of the year 2012 by ring, coming off a HUGE KO upset win against pac. beating marquez rightfully elevated bradley to #3 p4p. so what if he struggled against provo? who hasn't? herrera (who beat #1 140 lb danny garcia but was robbed) struggled against provo.

and you're really lost if you think bradley is a hype job like broner hahahahahaha. beating bradley is by far a better win than beating slow moving limited no defense maidana, very green didn't beat anyone good overrated canelo, poop guerrero, poop ortiz who lost to josesito lopez and past prime collazo, etc.

truth is pac will have fought two undefeated and highly ranked fighters this year (bradley #3 p4p, and algieri #3 ranked jr welter) while floyd fought the same slow moving come forward #7 ranked brawler TWICE (struggled badly the first time hahaha).

Wow. More of "I was lying yesterday. Today, I am telling the truth" logic from Bob Arum. Supposedly, negotiations for a Mayweather/Pac fight were underway last week. Now, Mayweather will never fight Pac. Mayweather has beaten numerous southpaw, but is afraid of southpaws. Mayweather makes a guaranteed $32 million (listed in the contract submitted to the Athletic Association). Pac makes a guaranteed $6 million (listed in his contract for his last fight in Las Vegas against Bradley), yet Pac makes more than Mayweather, even though Pac supposedly only made $18 million to fight Rios the last time he fought in China (and we only have Bob Arum's word that he made that much). Pac supposedly makes more money than Floyd, but still can't seem to pay his taxes in the U.S. or the Phillipines.

I have three things to say about Bob Arum and his comments! Bulls.it! Bulls.it! Bulls.it!!!!!!!!

I do believe you've just made me rethink my whole position on the idea. Rather than it being even more mind numbingly tedious horse **** on boxing's very own he-said-she-said saga, a well researched book with accompanying documentary could serve a vital function.

It would act as a final condemnation. Rather than those involved spinning their webs of deceit, the concluding narrative on the debacle would be handed over to those who missed out; fans of the sport who just wanted to see the best fighters fight each other (Remember that notion!?! Seems archaic these days).

Boxing's like a hospital patient that constantly teeters on the verge of intensive care only to make a mesmeric recovery before slipping back into a critical condition. The sport needed that fight when it would have been a true super-fight. It wouldn't have just crossed over to fans of other sports it would have entered the consciousness of billions. It would have let the world beyond its confines know that boxing's still here and it still has the power to inspire and excite on a global level like few sports can.

Instead? Well. Meh. There we have it.

And for that, when we look back over both their careers, whilst acknowledging their achievements, which are plentiful and spectacular, we need to bear in mind what they did here. They let the fans down, but more than that, they let the sport down by refusing to fight each other when the sport needed them to lace up the gloves and do what boxers do.

So a 90 minute documentary aired after ever repeated Mayweather or Pacquiao fight would drill the message home quite nicely.
