Lol arum is scum & full of ****tttt. He knows Marquez is satisfied with beating the sht out of Pacquiao already, and have no intention on fighting him again without a 50/50 split which he deserves. Bob just doesn't want that Mayweather fight. I hope that bum Chris Algeri shocks the world.

Both parties are to blame to some extent. But when all is said and done... Manny has repeatedly said he welcomes a fight with Floyd. Floyd, has never really said he wanted Pacquiao. This alone, proves, who came to negotiations as a willing partner and who was just posing.

Floyd was No. 1 in the sport for a while now. He had the power to do it if he really wanted the fight but he never wanted it.

I think its all bullshiiit. If two men wanted to fight, they will fight. ex hopkins kovalev. Floyd is the only one that doesnt want this fight and there is no denying that. Roach confirmed Manny and arum turned the fight down in 2009 (video and thread here on NSB). You confirmed in your earlier post Manny turned the fight down again but justified that decision over the lack of ppv %. At some point, these actions should determine who does/doesn't want fight.

Pac requested ridiculous demands that Floyd greed to and Floyd requested that Pac submit to the same random testing that he was going through and Pac walked away. Then Pac said he would take less than a 50/50 split (which he didn't deserve in the first place) he even said he fight for free, then when Floyd calls him and offers Pac 40mil his largest payday, Pac hangs up on him.
