Team Pacquiao can say what they want but are they truly willing to accept a smaller %? A 60/40ish type of split? I don't believe they are.

"any time, except..."
"We're willing to fight, any time. I think the question belongs to their camp."
We are both legally contracted to fight for different TV networks, but we're willing to fight, any time.
We are both represented by rival promotional companies who haven't worked together amicably for years, but we're willing to fight, any time.
I was recently a free agent, but re-signed a long-term contract with the head of the opposite promotional company - extending the above mentioned promotional/contractual/legal difficulties, effectively ending the most realistic chance of the fight being made in years, but we're ready to fight, any time.
We're planning to stage a fifth fight with the guy who last sparked me out and always gives me nightmares before any serious negotiations can take place, but we're wiling to fight, any time.
Yep. I see what you mean - you're clearly willing to fight "any time". Any time at all.

Isn't Floyd busy right now going life or death with an Amir Khan easy victim and stalking his ex while she rides Nelly's beefsickle?

Floyd's a coward and will remain a coward the rest of his life. At this point even if he does some day end up facing Pacquiao, Floyd will still be a coward because the fight will be sure to take place in his house, with his rules, his choice gloves, his ref, and his judges.

Good stuff right here, beat Marquez again as a tune-up for Floyd late next year.
That is unless both camps are too scared which seems to be the case as of here
lately. Everyone scared to fight Pac except the little-dogs needing a paycheck!
