just because forbes said it?? the greatest footballer of all time messi recently nearly got done for not declaring income

the classification of income is also a way for football players to not declare their image rights which is what floyd is missing out on

just to make you aware floyd is not the highest paid

david beckham, during his time at real madrid, forget his sponsors and his insane salary, he has a company, these superstar sport stars all have it, any image rights and overseas sponsor deals go through that company, so forbes do not declare that as their personal income

he was at real madrid for 4 years, in his contract he received 50 percent of all merchandising sales that was in his name (so shirt sales and boots)

real madrid made around 400m dollars off his name alone, the actual figure amounted to around 250 million sterling at the time

beckham made 100m dollars a year from merchandises through his company, then add in his personal income salary and european based sponsors, it was far more than floyd

my point is simple, floyd is missing out on loads

guys like messi and ronaldo earn more than floyd, they just funnel the money through their company, these guy earn like 50-60m dollars per year from merchandising , then add their sponsors and insane salary, its over a 100 million easily

if floyd was not a duche, he would be doubling what he earns in image rights
