    You can respect Manny and alfgieiri while criticizing this fight.I haven't disrespected either manny or algieiri at any point in this discussion. The fight I have utterly trashed because manny should not be fighting this level of fighter at this point- a sentiment expressed by dozens of posters, even those who worship Manny as much as you.

    You can spin it or regurgitate my points if you must.
    u love manny dunn, its a shame u cant admit to it, floyd also love manny but he wont admit to it now either LOL. why are u trying to spin this? so u can watch it without catching feelings for manny but if i watch it then it must be because of the love i have for manny? LOL!!

    when did i ever comment about how badass algieri is? why are u trying to make it seem like im hyping this fight up when u know how i feel about it from the start. just because im not in here bashing it everyday doesnt mean im not against it. the fight is signed, what can we do? nothing but enjoy it.

        Pacquiao wants to train once a week for Algieri and focus on coaching basketball

        So some Filipino guy on Philboxing said that in a Filipino TV report, Pacquiao is not going to train in his Baguio boxing gym but will train in a make shift gym in a hotel near where the new PBA basketball team is he is going to focus more on being a player coach because he claims it is selfish of him to take on a duty and responsibility as a player coach but to only give those guys little time, his main focus will be spending more hours a week coaching his guys while he wants to train only once or twice a week for Chris Algieri and apparently he doesn't want to spar for this fight either.

        This smells like an upset special, Pacman really don't give a crap about boxing.

        This is the only article I could find on it, but it doesn't say anything about only training once a week or no sparring,but dam wtf he wants to focus more on this basketball team, Freddie roach is not going to be happy.
        Arum told the Manila Standard/Viva Sports that everything was going excellently and that Algieri would be in New York until he leaves for China to begin the promotional tour alongside Pacquiao.

        He said it was ***8220;interesting***8221; to learn that Pacquiao would train at the classy Azure resort in Bicutan, Taguig for the Algieri fight even as he inquired from us where it was located and what kind of facilities it has for a training camp.

        The manager of the Kia expansion team in the Philippine Basketball Association Eric Pineda said they plan to prepare a boxing gym for Pacquiao who could train as playing-coach also work out with the basketball team which would be convenient.
        Arum said he agreed with well known Australian promoter Peter Maniatis that ***8220;it is not an easy fight***8221; pointing out that besides having a height and reach advantage over Pacquiao, Algieri ***8220;moves very well.***8221;

          If Pac was born in the US he'd have been a bball player.

                  He's about to get Bradley'd, as in Pac vs. Bradley 1. Too many distractions. Boxer + basketball coach + congressman. As congressman, he has a poor attendance rate during sessions, so we know he was having trouble balancing boxing and politics in the first place. Sounds like a possible upset indeed. His head's not in the boxing game (again).

                    Read on another forum that Zou Shiming and Abregu will be on the undercard.
                    Perhaps, Abregu is auditioning for the next PAC fight.

                    Who is potentially available for Abregu?

                      10 to 1 odds in your favor on 1,500 points that Pac wins.
