Joppy is making himself look like a clown. The way Tito got his hands wrapped DOES NOT give you more punching power. That's like if I were to teach a college class and required my students to take their exams using pen and one student decided to use a pencil. Yea it was illegal/wrong to use the pencil on the exam but it wasn't cheating. If Tito's hand wraps were considered cheating, he and his team would have been penalized for it.

To me, Trinidad's situation was much, much different than Margarito's. What Trinidad did was actually legal in some places. It just wasn't legal in New York. I had the rulebook with me right there in my hand.
The Ring: What happened in Trinidad's locker room?*NR:*When I came into the room, I think it was his left hand that was already wrapped. I asked for the bylaws about hand wraps before the fight. I didn't see the hand get wrapped. Someone from Hopkins' camp had to be there to witness the hands being wrapped. I spoke to a commissioner about it. he said that he was there to watch his hand get wrapped. Then I asked him, "Do you work for the Hopkins camp??" I think I asked him twice. The athletic commission told him the proper way to wrap the hand and he wrapped it the right way. Watching another fighter get his hands wrapped, which would normally take 10, maybe 15 minutes, took an hour to get resolved. I wasn't budging from my stands. That's because I was right, backed by fact. I had to say something. There were no doubts whatsoever. There's nothing I would change from that night. So basically he was wrapping his hands a different way then what was allowed in NY, technically cheating by not following the rules. He was caught by Hopkins/Naz and this is when this issue came to light, so safe to say that he infact cheated against at least these 3 as Team Tito is on record saying they always wrap his hands like that in the past and these 3 fights took place in NY were it is illegal.

Where is this style of wrapping is not allowed I am not 100% sure about so the number of fighters he cheated against could be higher depending on that particular state if they allowed Tito style of wrapping or not.
