We now live in a world where Mike Tyson is calm cool and collected upstart promoter in a Light Heavyweights body, while ODLH is a drugged out self destructing Heavyweight with a promo company that is collapsing faster than the twin towers.

N Exactly who does haymond have last time i checked mayweayer the only p4p star. He advises not promotes
Klitshco, Rigo, and Andre Ward are all P4P. How many want to pay to see them? Bradley is P4P, how many paid to see him and Manny? Canelo and Lara are not P4P top ten. Watch what happens.

You sound lost my friend. Richard Schaefer ran the day to day while Oscar was on drugs, running with **********s - and messing his life up. How unfair is that to his employees and fighters? Look at my past posts, Richard Schaefer is the man, he negotiated the TV deals, Venue deals, signing of fighters, sponsorship deals etc.. He brought a couple of Billionaire investors to the table, all while the face of the company was MIA or in some sort of scandal or in rehab. Who can get someone to invest in your company while you are ever around?? Hopkins dropped truthful bombs in this article and I hope you and others read it carefully, because GBP is about to be gone ! Arum is going to deliver the death blow and this will send Oscar back to rehab - Top Rank is loving this - There are no dates past July - WTF is that, Oscar can't negotiate that, he is not a business man, he is a boxer - Schaefer's absence will be felt, he was the gargoyle that fended off the BS, everyone knows De la Hoya's insecurities - the contract situation is pretty messed up , I will admit that.

Haymon will be fine with Floyd, Khan, Thurman, Danny Garcia, B-Hop, Stevenson, Maidana, Guerrero, Gary Russell Jr., Charlo Brothers, etc. His stable list is long. Not all P4P, but very good fighters. The P4P list need someone to fight. Look at Arum's suggestion to Manny...Luis Abregu. Would Manny do better fighting Abregu, or Khan, Broner, or Danny Garcia?

There's no question that Schaefer was in the trenches every day doing the grunt work to keep GBP surviving and even thriving.

While Oscar was who knows where doing who knows what. The guy even entered himself into rehab a few days before Floyd vs Canelo, one of the biggest and most important events in his company's history.

I will say though that not signing all these fighters to Golden Boy contracts seems like a very fishy move by Schaefer. Especially if Oscar was led to believe that they were a part of GBP.

Oscar has the cash. The big name. He'll have mit, ivy lg businessmen/ entrepreneurs lining up to team with him. How long before thers rifts between mayweather/ellebare/haymond. Its change and we all agreed that we needed change. Doesn't matter forward or backward. Its a step.

"I'm a shareholder, I own a stake and so does he" and "He delivered everything he promised for bernard hopkins".

Yes because we all think richard is ****** enough to fk over someone responsible for renewing his contracts....can every other guy at GBP say that...doubt it. Best of luck to richard but its about time Oscar took control of his company.

Sounds like B-Hop (the fighter) will team up with Al Haymon but B-Hop "the buisness man" will keep his shares in GoldenBoy

Well, one thing about Hopkins....his feelings are about as private as Roy Jones is below the waist........I just had to get that one in.
