so a championship level fighter does this regularly? complete BS. fighters almost always move up. fighters moving back down in weight is extremely rare, and there's a reason for it.

get the kind some ppv money, and we can talk. you think andre ward is scared of krusher kovalev, is that it? money, joe goosen, has nothing to do with it, he's just scared?

get the king some more HBO slave wages, and we're staying at 168, and staying steady making demands.
Kessler, Anselmo Moreno, Floyd Mayweather, Juan Manuel Marquez, Tim Bradley, Keith Thurman, Zab Judah, Manny Pacquiao, Ruslan Provodnikov, Adrien Broner, Terrence Crawford...

All those fighters moved up and moved back down in weight just in the last 5 or 6 years, many of them moving up for only a fight or two and then moving back down like Ward could do. There are assuredly more I could name.

I don't think Ward is scared at all. I think he's a diva who is drastically overvaluing himself and wasting his career in the process.

and on andre ward, it's truth based humor, man. it riles the brits up because it's true. let this young king rule.
Ward doesn't have the it factor son.

He's not entertaining enough and it's all about the welterweight division.

You were talking about the physical aspect of moving up a weight class, now it's about "levels" ? Lol right.

old and unsuccessful, huh? i'm a 27 year old homeowner, sunshine.

i'm also very big, so i don't know where you get that muscly crap. i couldn't make 175 lbs without cutting off a leg.

he's been eyeing a chavez JR fight, and a move to arum for a long time now. there's also golovkin. those are the two potential ppv fights, and the reason he'd want to stay at a weight that would be enticing for those two opponents. they won't fight a LHW.

ther'es also european money with kessler and froch. those two are extremely well paid. the only think you have to worry about are taxes, and getting robbed on the cards.

hopkins is a showtime fighter. so is pimp steven. kovalev might be a makable fight, and maybe even ppv, but what's there at 175 after that? HBO money, that's what. he makes that money at 168.
Was that thread all about black people acting like that.... or just Broner's dumb ass? Pretty sure they were joking on his ass because he's arrogant and ****y and good to see his ass beat.

And how much is a long time? A year after he signed his extension?
Also what makes you think a GGG fight is PPV? Only person PPV in that weight category right now is Jr and that's the only way either guy will be on it for now or start a future on PPV immediately

There's European money, but not only does Ward have to travel, but has to take 50 percent or whatever the European people want to offer, and from what we've seen from Ward, if he doesn't get what he wants, then no way it happens.

Nothing at 175 other than Kovalev, but what is there at 168 right now? Rematch a bunch of guys he already beat and considers a step backwards?

Give it up for New England folks, he's a 27 year old homeowner, and a gifted athlete, 230lbs of muscle.

He is also one of the best skiers in America.

Stand in awe of this great man, he's spent thousands of hours studying racism, he knows it all he does.

I'm pretty sure the 'be like' is a twitter thing for memes. Regardless, Broner and Mayweather get criticism because they constantly bait for it, it's part of their marketing gimmick. They want people to react, the attention brings them money. Shawn Porter isn't going to get that kind of criticism when he's on top, I doubt Thurman will either.

Ward himself says none of these guys want to fight him.

Pascal, Bute. I don't think Stevenson is a permanent Showtime fighter and he already offered Ward a fight. Kovalev, another guy coming through is Beterbiev. Dawson rematch.

                  five or six years

it happens all the time, bro.

                  sheesh.

so ward's inactivity is because ward's a "diva," huh? it has nothing to do with the fact that he's suing his promotor? or that kelly pavlik went insane? or that he blew out his shoulder? or that he broke two bones in his hand in the froch fight?

he's just sitting on the couch because he's a diva. great insight, bro. compelling.

wait, blacks get criticism because they "market for it?" they don't market for it because they get criticism?

you've got that completely backwards. completely.

                    dawson rematch
                    bute
                    beiterbev

stevenson is a showtime fighter. he's with haymon and GBP. so is hopkins.

Sued him twice and now he's planning to do it again. THe injury and Pavlik fight wasn't on him, but sounds like Ward plans on suing yet again.
