More pacquiao bull crap.If you really want to fight mayweather. Tell your devilish promoter to get out of the way so you can go make so real money.floyd mayweather has clearly stated that arun is'nt never promoting a mayweather fight period.i wonder if pacquiao is to illiterate to understand that.
Floyd if you really want to fight you wouldn't even put Arum as a roadblock aside from your other road blocks that are piling up. Lol
Did you just join here? We are not talking about current Martinez but the one from when he was still considered a legit 154 fighter. Floyd has fought at 154 3 times now that proves that Floyd can fight at 154. He even has titles and is considered the best 154lb fighter.
See, Floyd fans keep on bringing up weight and CWs but forget this:
Before the Manny vs Cotto fight:
"I thought Clottey beat Cotto" - Floyd Mayweather
Before the Floyd vs Cotto fight:
"Cotto is an undefeated fighter"- Floyd Mayweather
So is Canelo an undefeated fighter? .....
So, going by your "weight" theory, why the **** doesn't Manny get criticism for not fighting Tall Pall, Martinez, or the numerous other fighters Floyd has "ducked"? Can't wait to hear your brilliant logic on that one.
That ****** can't keep his double standards in order. Sounds about right. Weird how Manny and Floyd can be in the same weight class for YEARS, with Floyd fighting legitimate welterweights, and the occasional 154lber. On the other hand, when was the last time Pac fought a natural welter, who could actually punch, ie not Bradley?
Your logic is wrong and here is why.
1) Arum has put his opponents in with fighters where they were heavy underdogs
Arum put Chavez Jr with Martinez where everyone knew the odds were heavily in Martinez's favor.
Now he put Cotto in with Martinez. Cotto is the underdog.
2) Oscar: Manny faced several opponents where he was not heavily or actually not favored to win. Oscar had just fought at 150 so the consensus, including Oscar himself, was that going down 3lbs was nothing. Especially when you compare that to Manny who was one fight away from being at 130. Nobody was giving Manny any chance. Roger Mayweather was interviewed and said it was a joke of a fight because Manny stood NO chance of winning.
Weight issue was never made to be an issue until after the fight. Furthermore, Oscar held all the cards and thought going down 3lb from his previous fight would be a non-issue.
You know the above but pretend to forget the truth about everything going into the fight.
3) Mosley: Whoever Manny picked, it was to be his first fight against a true WW. Fighting the guy who beat Mosley in Cotto, was an excellent pick and an obvious one and you know it. Besides being the guy who beat Mosley, the reason is that Cotto was a TR fighter and brought in more money than Mosley. BTW: In 2009, Manny fought Cotto while Floyd fought a Marquez who had never fought at 140 nor 147
When was the last time that Floyd attempted to fight someone where he wasn't favored? He had that opportunity against Martinez but ducked that one.
Again, Manny has lost before and a loss to Floyd would have been just another loss BUT Floyd's thing is that he doesn't want to risk losing a fight. If he did, Martinez and Manny fight would have already been put into the history books.
I'm curious. People like to say "Floyd fought a JMM that either asnt ready at 47 or had never fought at 47." Explain to me how Floyd beating him like a f.uckin' pinata helped him kick Manny's ass twice in the division? Cause from where I'm sitting he looked like **** against Floyd. And looked like **** against Bradley in his otjer two welterweight fights. Oh let me guess. That fake fight he had where he hit the guy with a lil arm punch, he landed soft as can be, and laid there like he was dead is what made him more formidable for Manny right

Case closed.
It's not really a roadblock if you can try to understand where he's coming from. Arum has never bowed down to anyone in the sport, and he has always been the one who called the shots and tends to have the leverage of calling the shots until now.
Arum wants to treat Floyd like he's just another "opponent"/B-side against Manny, and Floyd has no reason to give in like Mosley, Bradley, JMM gave in and let Arum called the shots just for the payday. Why should he? Arum isn't in the driver's seat to call the shots, but that doesn't stop him from trying to do so. Arum will never treat Floyd as a bigger attraction/A-side than Manny. He'd rather eat a golf ball than let GBP/Floyd call the shots. Floyd and Arum are the two egotistical control freaks, and Manny is the naive little pet.
Oh, really? I think you left the part where Manny denied the reports of ever wanting to meet Floyd. Let's see how you try to twist this one.
that goblin wont acknowledge his agenda. pac is a good two levels below floyd. has done nothing in his division but fight the same guys over and over.
i didnt watch this last fight of his because i see him as more hype then skill, small 5'6 guy whose defense is throwing punches. his popularity like calzaghe who employed the same "volume style" comes from his ethnicity.
asians and caucasians need heroes and he's that hero. nothing wrong with it, just don't compare your hero pac to a God in the Ring.

I don't even think its about who calls the shots. Arum doesn't want the fight and never has. Ariza let it be known. Roach recently let it slip out. Arum has repeated the same exact routine for 4-5yrs now. He has Pac's next opponent lined up before he enters the ring with his current oppopnent. Starts yappin' about Floyd during the buildup. Afterwards, comes out and says our line is open. And after a week or two, claims Floyd's scared and didn't call. Them promply announces Pac's next fight that's been a given for months. And he gets away with it because he's dealing with the most delusional "fanbase" in boxing history. I guarantee you Manny has already signed an extension with Arum. But they'll wait till about a week or two after he fights the JMM-Alvarado winner. Floyd will already have an opponent lined up for Sept. Then they'll announce Pac's extension, along with announcing Pac-Bradley III.
