Yeah, you're right, this is all a waiting game for Floyd. Was he waiting for Manny to go broke and get KTFO? But he still wasn't convinced Manny was ripe for the picking so he has to wait for a shot fighter to slow down more, is that it?

Now you are just being cheeky. You claim to not be a fan of any of them in particular but I'm seeing something different. Speaking for myself I am more of a Mayweather fan because I think he is the best fighter technically and his skill set is impressive. Manny is a good fighter but could have been better if he was taught better defensive strategies. I get you are a fan of Pacquiao and that's cool but I wish people would just stop blaming Mayweather because clearly the reason we haven't saw the fight 4 years ago was because Manny felt like he didn't have to take orders from Floyd and that the commission should do their jobs.

Now, these are facts and from the horses mouths. Why are these things ignored like Arum saying he don't need Mayweather, or about the stadium, that Manny cut won't heal? Mayweather never said those things. Arum already tried to keep Floyd from Oscar when he was at Top Rank because of personal reasons. Arum has a history of blocking fights. Sure Floyd is difficult sometimes but if you compare negotiations. His fights go smoother than Manny's (Hatton/Cotto). Manny thought he was as big as Floyd or his equal and that was and is definitely not the case.

Floyd was the one who put every demands in the book and Pac needs to negotiate all of it. Floyd is always ready to raise the bar of his demands once Pac agreed to the first one. Just recently everybody figured out Floyd has no real intention of fighting Pac after he revealed he will never deal with Arum. Only these thick skinned pea size brain floydiots stick to their guns.

I'm not saying Floyd is completely innocent of this, as he's equally guilty of bull****ting.

But you cannot deny that Pacquiao and crew pulled some utter bullcrap when it came to the OST testing. First Roach and Koncz said there was no problem then after ALL other negotiations were agreed to, they decided to make a stink about the OST testing. Even throwing ridiculous 30, 24,14,and 7 day cut offs, which made no sense. I expect Pacquiao fans to have defended this, but for the media to have ignored this to me was ridiculous. It reminded me of how the media turned its back on steroids in baseball during the 98 season.
