Yet he can't make the biggest money fight of the century. How chicken
is that? He's scared, doe. Deal with it.

Mosley, Bradley, JMM were the B-side when they fought Manny. Floyd is the A-side and he won't do what those guys did because he isn't as desperate as they were for the money. In terms of money, he doesn't badly need the fight as much as Manny does. It all comes down to control, and Arum will never surrender his power to dictate terms even when he's clearly the B-side of the equation.

Floyd has no reason to give in to them. As Kev has stated, this fight won't really enhance Floyd to the degree where a win over Manny would put him in the top 10-20 ATG list, it'd just be another win over a great fighter, but it'd still be downplay within a few days/weeks afterwards due to Manny being past his prime, ect*, the common excuses after every Floyd's fights. That fight would be nothing more than a stepping stone for Lara and GGG to take Pac's spot as the new boogeymen to defeat, Floyd. As Kev stated, what did the Pacquiao's win do for Marquez's legacy? Did it enhanced it? Yes. But to what level?

Because the Pacman fight would happen.

I thought Showtime is writing Floyd his check. Care to elaborate?

Bradley isn't complaining about that fight. He says he understood the cold war between GBP and TR and said he knows what he'll have to do in order to get a shot at fighting Floyd. You can rest assured that Bradley will pursue that fight once his contract is up with TR.

It's not about Bradley complaining, it's about any fighter who has earned the right to fight Mayweather then is grouped into Mayweather's non-committal over Arum. If TR had 5 welterweights, not a single one would get a shot at Mayweather, even if they CLEARLY earned it. Mayweather takes some of that blame, very obviously.

It goes both ways, pride and bad blood. And they don't need each other to make money. This has nothing to do with Pac, it started when Pac was nowhere near Floyd's weight.

Even if he left Top Rank, he still has a lot of pride and him and Floyd would probably never come to an agreement.

Didn't you get the memo? You should agree to whatever ****amamie terms Arum and his slave boy Pacquiao offer you because he is a hero in his homeland. Play by their rules or they will run you out of boxing just like they did to Floyd.

You could say the same thing with Bradley vs any GoldenBoy fighter right? Madiana might want a shot at WBO title but can't because Bob Arum wants it "IN HOUSE". So Madiana would have to sign with TOPRANK to get a shot. You really need to see the double standards in your posting.

Why wasn't Arum an issue when fmj called Manny and offered him the forty million? Why wasnt Arum the issue when it he said his health comes first and on and on and on.

Its not going to make sense unless you are smart enough to read between the lines. Floyd is a business man first and his decisions are based on whats best for himself and TmT. I don't believe hes scared to fight Manny but rather scared of losing what he has built. Manny is the one person that can destroy it all. There's a saying and that's "don't put all your eggs in one basket". Manny is that one basket. Bottom line is hes ducking. Scared? Maybe but not for the reasons most of might think.

Now, If Floyd was good on his word then the fight would have already happened. " Yes Manny...you next". Floyd comments before the Ortiz fight. Floyd is a proven lier. Now, he can't just come out right and say what the real reason is so he has to find the excuses. The Arum excuse is just another in a long line of excuses. This one may stick because there is actually some validity to it. But in my opinion its not enough to stop the mega fight. But good enough to fool a lot you to believe that it's good reasoning. Any issues going on between camps would get dismissed with the kind of money each side can make. Money talks...bullsh** walks. It's ultimately up to floyd as he has stated numerous times that he's his own boss. Making him the businessman.

Real champions are boxers...not businessman. You take on the best and you build your legacy in doing so. Until Floyd decides to put the sport first rather them himself will i never consider him a real boxing champion. I will however give him credit as a good businessman as he's got a lot of you guys fooled into buying his fights and believing in his lies.

                    My 2 cents.
The bold printed statement was one of the dumbest things I have ever read. This is prize fighting.

                      Here's Why........

The man is the top dog in boxing and if you ever been number one at anything it's very simple to understand. For starters the fight not happening isn't at the least Floyd's fault. Pacroid had an opportunity to do two things that people refuse to even acknowledge. One, that he was a clean fighter, but instead showed me he isn't by not taking a simple little test. Two, that he could beat Floyd, something I know he can't do without juicing and even then I still see Pacroid losing.

People love to point the finger at Floyd mainly because he's undefeated and as I will always say, that Americans love a winner so long as that winner isn't black. Floyd offered the juicer $40million & after Pacroid went on the record saying he would take less money to make the fight for the fans he turned right around and ran from that offer. That to me make him not only a juicing cheater but a liar as well. Its my opinion that Pacroid knew that taking the test would be his downfall in the world of boxing since it would be discovered he was in fact using roids. So when the testing issue came up he pretty much s**t his pants until he could get Bobby boy to pull another rabbit out his hat & make fans think its Floyd's fault this fight hasn't happen.
