If you think a fighter can't hydrate and eat back 15 lbs after a weigh in, before fight night, you haven't watched much Boxing. You really should do your due dilligence before you comment on something you know nothing about.... Floyd never made WEIGHT to start with!!! That's why he gave back purse money to Marquez, because he didn't plan on coming in at limit.... when you don't make weight, one of a few things happen.... 1) any title previously at stake, is no longer up for grabs, 2) you give back some of your purse money to the other fighter as is written in most the contracts, or 3) they cancel the fight; that's the guy making weight's decision..... damn, do you watch and read any Boxing or do you just look at the pictures?????? LOL.......

He's not arguing about Floyd not making weight. Everyone knows he didn't. He's saying that your fight night weight, where you say he gained 20 lbs, is way exaggerated. When in reality, he never goes above 150/151 lbs on fight night.

Saying he gained 20 lbs, would make Floyd a Middleweight! But we know he can't even make 154 lbs. Pacquaio and Floyd are two of the rare fighters who fight around their natural walk around weight. I'd say anyone is crazy if they think Pacquaio gains 20 lbs too.

Dude, you're going backwards.... Maidana is not remotely the same fighter today, as he was when he first came into the '47 arena against Alexander. He fought Khan how many years ago, most thought Maidana won that decision which is why if was considered controversial, and Maidana has pulled a Marquez and begged for a rematch with Khan, and all Maidana hears is crickets. You have to take heavy shots from Soto-Karass and Lopez because they throw them. It didn't end too well for either guy against Maidana, and Victor Ortiz can vouch for how hard both Maidana and Lopez both hit.. so not sure what ring around the rosy you were on with Maidana/Alexander/Soto & Lopez. Except maybe to segway off that ****** round robin, onto Guerrero turning down Thurman, and for some reason you give Thurman a better shot at beating Mayweather than Maidana... SAY WHAT??? LOL... dude you need drug tested. Guerrero is in a no win situation fighting a Thurman. His only impressive win was this KO of Soto-Karass. Thurman has fought nobody, and two fights ago, looked horrible in a decision win. Guerrero has paid his dues, he doesn't need to stand toe to toe with Thurman and beat each others brains out. Maidana has fought and beaten the tougher competition, than Thurman.

Matweather needs to let Broner get a rematch and not step in and spank Maidana for him. AB vs El Chino 2 and than 3 would be big!

The reality is you don't hang out with Floyd so you're assuming you know what he walks around at. Floyd was closer to 160 on the night of the fight and Marquez was in the low 140's... play the fight back and Floyd is more than 10 pounds heavier than JMM.

Maidana/Boner 2 is a ****** fight. first one wasn't close, Boner was exposed for all the hype... Boner needs to go back and fight at 140, and challenge Matthysee, or Rios, or Alvarez, of he says he can fight at Lightweight still, so go back and fight Gamboa who Boner ducked. He's not ready for '47.

OK. Fine, let's play your game for a minute. If Marquez came in the lows 140s on fight night, let's say 142 or even 144, since you said low 140s.

Floyd has established a long time ago, a pattern of only hitting 146-150 lbs. Let's go high and say 150 lbs. So Floyd would've gained 4 lbs for fight night.

That would make Floyd 6 to 8 lbs heavier than Marquez, by only gaining 4 lbs. And that's through being 150 lbs. That is far far away from 160 lbs and the weight advantage is still very close to your theory of him having a 10 lb advantage. But the weight gain was only 4 lbs.

Also this was FLoyds fight coming back from a "Vacation". Theres a reason why he didn't step on the unofficial scales.
