He just looks fresher in my opinion and I am leaning slightly towards Manny, if they EVER meet.

You should ask him what he thinks, because he Shawn used to post here a alot when he was just starting.
What up champ? Let us know what you will do when you get in the ring with Floyd.

Shawn Porter would probably happen before PBF fights Manny. The only question would be if Porter could sustain that type of pressure for 12 rounds. If he can, we would have a new super star in the Welterweight division.
Last night's fight is proof that Floyd does not handle constant pressure like a Marcos Maidana or Manny Pacquiao can give. The pressure Pac can give is legendary. No disrespect to Maidana but Maidana really doesn't even get close to the speed and punching power of Manny. This is what I've been saying for years: Manny Pacquiao can and will win a Unanimous Decision when he and Mayweather do fight.
Reasoning: Once Mayweather gets caught by a couple of Pacquiao left hands he will be on his bicycle the rest of the night. Pac will be the aggressor and will win more rounds! You can't win rounds going backward and if Floyd decides to stand his ground and trade it could all be over pretty fast. Styles make fights and Manny's is perfect against Floyd's at anytime in both fighters careers.
Its no mystery why Money May is reluctant to get inside the ring with Pac. He knows that Manny's strengths match his own weaknesses perfectly.

I often wonder what will come first... the end of times or a Mayweather/Pacquiao fight...
I think Mayweather could take Pacquiao's power, but I don't think he wants to deal with it... He's one boxer that really hates getting hit.
He'll probably spend the rest of his career making sure he never gets cut again.Last edited by darius45; 05-04-2014, 10:09 PM.

styles makes fights.
pac and floyd have styles that would give each other problems, and this is exactly why the whole world wants to see them fight!
i gave the edge to floyd after i saw pac looking older and slower in bradley 2, but after the maidana fight, floyd looks older and slower himself. im giving the edge back to pac. why? because pac doesnt need to walk through punches against floyd anymore, we saw floyd just covering up against the ropes yesterday, not throwing any counters or brawling at all. we all know what happens when fighters do this against pac.

so you're saying that a southpaw with hand speed and foot work, ko power, throws combos ala srl, that comes in and out from angles, is tailor made for floyd? ok..Last edited by hypodermical; 05-05-2014, 05:28 AM.

Pretty funny that the Floyd detractors have gotten so delusionally desperate they resort to pretending Floyd lost his last three fights and try to celebrate as such. Meanwhile, the world actually got to celebrate Manny ktfo on the canvas, see his wife crying ringside, and laugh at videos of devastated Pacquiao fans recording themselves at fight parties. You can circle jerk on here pretending Floyd lost all day, yet somehow haven't got to experience any of the aforementioned things. Enjoy your "victory" Pacfans
