Aaron Pryor: "I don't think Floyd is equipped to handle Pac Man
Aaron Pryor, one of the most exciting fighters in the history of boxing, wants to see Floyd Mayweather vs. Manny Pacquiao, just like everybody else.
The Hall of Fame former junior welterweight kingpin is intrigued by the match-up but sees great difficulty for Mayweather in handling the potent offense of the "Filipino Destroyer."
***8220;I like Pac Man. Because he throws a lot of punches and he***8217;s giving it his all," Pryor told me during a recent visit to new Jersey. "I love Mayweather ***8211; he proves himself over and over and over again. I just want him to prove himself one more time, for me. For me to be on his side he gotta beat the best. And Pac Man is one of the best. Then I***8217;ll say, Yay.***8221;
It***8217;s clear Pryor is like the rest of us ***8211; he avidly wants to see Mayweather put his abundant skills to the ultimate test, once and for all against the VERY BEST ***8211; and not against any another handpicked set up that's perfectly suited for his style.
***8220;I like Pac Man. I like Pac Man in the fight,***8221; says the two-time conqueror of Alexis Arguello, who retired with a record of 39-1 (35 KO***8217;s). ***8220;I think Pac Man throws a lot of punches and I don***8217;t think that Pretty Boy Floyd Mayweather***8230;I don***8217;t think Mayweather is gonna be equipped to handle it. That***8217;s just how I feel. But he***8217;s proved himself so many times. But that***8217;s what the fight game is about ***8211; every time you fight ***8211; prove yourself. I had eleven world title fights. Each time I fought one of those title fights it was about proving myself.***8221;

Well if you think by signing is literally signing your life (career) away that is the situation Floyd is in. People are right, he has everything to lose. He should be very afraid.

According to Brad Cooney a rematch will only take place if Floyd loses. That's quite an insight as to the mindset of the fighters coming in to the fight. Pac is very confident.
