Maybe someone posted something offensive. Fwiw, b sides have won often despite glove choice. I always saw it as the mark of a great fighter. If Manny wins, he's the better fighter and he'd be doing same thing other greats, including Floyd, have done.

If Floyd wins it's because he is the better man. No need to create excuses to try and change that. Instead of repeating the pattern of Hatton, Shane, cotto and canelo fans, why not do the opposite dude.

If Floyd wins just acknowledge his being the better fighter. Don't go to something petty to discredit it. Didn't NSB have enough of that when JMM beat Manny?

I just wanted to make a poll and see what everyone else thinks because now the fight is a real possibility I can see Manny being forced to wear extra padded gloves and if it means nothing like you say then why would Floyd force it upon him?You know its going to be in the contract and so do I,I'd rather the fight not get made than one of the fighters being forced into something that takes something away from him on fight night

I can understand your point. But I hope you realize there would be a lot of fights with a lot of HOF fighters that would never have been made and a lot of wins you will need to retroactively downgrade.

I understand, you think its a big deal because you think it gives Manny an excuse should he lose. I think that is utterly ridiculous. we can agree to disagree.

I am curious, ODH picked gloves for Floyd. Not the color, the gloves. Floyd won. Knowwing this, does this makes Floyd's win better to you?
