    Items that I would suspect need to be worked out.....

    1. PPV split...Is it 60/40, 80/20...etc..this seems to be an easy one to understand..neither of them make the biggest payday in history without each other so 60/40 seems fair..just get over the ego, Money.

    2. Who broadcasts the fight? HBO has better production values, obviously...a better broadcast team...Do they combine fight teams and production into one new type of broadcast? this seems very complicated and probably not going to work considering the time frame before May 2...Do they have seperate broadcasts allowing fans to watch their favorite? I have no idea how this would work..seems difficult but who knows.

    3. Interviews/Shows - HBO has 24/7..Showtime has whatever that thing they do is called...24/7 much better production value and Liev Schrieber voice is excellent as narrator. Do they have a 24/7 on HBO dedicated to Mannys pre-fight and Showtime have their show dedicated to Floyd? Obviously, Floyd has problem with HBO so it seems he would have a problem with them filming him and editing without him so I dont see a normal 24/7 type series for this fight. Faceoff with Max Kellerman - Love seeing fighters faceoff even though I am no fan of Max...maybe they do one for each channel with Showtime using Jim the Dope Gray?

    4. Merchandise - Do they allow both teams to produce their own merchandise? I doubt it is that simple...What is one team uses the others image in a degrading or embarassing fashion? I am going to assume they pick one or two vendors and then agree to sign off on any materials that go out for sale and split the profit. They both stand to make some major moolah off any merchandising as fans are gonna want a piece of history. I am going to assume multiple vendors are going to be lobbying to get involved.

    ....thoughts?

      I had this post written, but i don't even want to get into this with you. I just remembered you said that Floyd's 40 million dollar offer was fair, why argue with someone that has absolutely no objectivity? Just forget it.

          Why is Floyd meeting manny to discuss network issues? I don't really understand the purpose of the bball game meeting. Logically, it doesn't really make sense; unless its promotional. I think we all remember what happened the last time Floyd reached out to Manny. It was just a huge PR stunt to put floyd in a better light (casuals could say he made an offer!), so with that mind i'm wondering if this is just a huge PR stunt to divert the blame from floyd to Arum. Either the fight is almost made or done and floyd is trying to take credit (I HOPE THIS), or this fight isn't happening.

            Truthfully it don't matter if that's true or not. All this tells me is that the fight is real close to being signed. At least I hope it is.
            Man you are fantasizing, it is more than obvious that this "accidental" meeting was staged and since that moment it was clear to me that the fight is going to be made. In reality no one came there to scare the other but to promote the fight... what a coincidence for them two to be at the same place at the same time? Plus is it a filipino flag on Mayweather's hoodie?

              i find all this alpha male/beta male talk laughable. Floyd is a woman beater, which would designate him as a coward. An alpha male is supposed to be a protector of women, not beat them up.

              Floyd fans are grasping at straws with that one. When it comes to masculinity, Pacman is considered the more masculine.

              Floyd needed 400 pound body guard next to him, yet Floyd fans want to twist this as Floyd being alpha...lol
