Perhaps Mayweather is afraid to fight Pacman. If not, then he should have fought Pacman 4 years ago. He just keeps on talking **** about Pacman up to this day.

Economics of Mayweather-Pac; could they make even more money by not promoting it?

This fight would obviously break all records and generate all-time high revenue.

But could the entire promotion (Floyd, Pacquiao and Co.) make even more money simply by cuttings costs on promoting this thing as if it even needs it. Lets face, once this thing gets signed, everybody is gonna know about it. The thing will practically sell itself through word of mouth and internet.

You don't need to do what you had to do for Maidana Vs May or Guerrero Vs May, spending huge amount of money trying to promote why the opponent is a worthy opponent (i.e. Maidana beat Floyd's Mini-me <--look out he is dangerous everybody. Buy the fight).

They don't even need a 24/7 or All-Access. Both camps should just retreat and lay low. Have Pacquiao train in solitude. The mystique alone would do more than any 24/7 hype video.

The only thing worthy of having is the Face-off; I don't think I've ever seen Floyd and Manny in the same room.
