These guys are out of their damn mind. If I was Pacquiao I'd move somewhere else.
The amount is ridiculously high that they will end up settling for 1/50th of it.

I agree that with the convenient timing of this right after a fight it seems to be something more political, but still as mentioned Manny not taking care of his business has given them the ammo needed to carry on with what they are doing.
