One doesn't have to be "proud" of one's country flag. One must show respect to the national flag, anthem... There are things that, by tradition, must stay as they are.
(If one likes to fuck goats it's his choice. But I don't see any reason in displaying one's particular ***ual choice on the national flag. It's just pointless.)
