Gimme a break, the Muhammad Ali that beat Sonny Liston woulda schooled Lennox. And I love Lennox, but no way in hell was he getting past ali.

Hold up, so this guy is ahead of Lewis in the all-time HW rankings?

      Lolz. Jokes, right?

Lewis isn't the GOAT; but, IMO, he's in the top 5.

Anyone who ranks Tyson or Bowe ahead of him is an idiot.

LL possibly would beat Ali in a head to head fight and be favourite. But when its down to resume I think Ali wins, Ali fought in a stronger era and that's why Ali is so highly rated.

Not so much that Ali couldn't be beat.

When he get's knocked out it's because he's not in his prime or not in shape.

Perhaps it's because his chin isn't great and obviously isn't unbeatable as he's been knocked out twice by fringe contenders.
You know a fighter can't be the best when you have to speak of him in those terms, "oh if he was at his best, he wouldn't have been KOd". BS people. Fact is, Lennox is definitely top 10 but number one?? Bernstein must be high, he's so far behind Ali in every department it's laughable. A "prime and in shape" Lennox just barely beat Holyfield.

I'm a Lennox fan but let's have some perspective.

A well past it Ali, 75/76 version beats Lennox 9/10 times bro!

Some of the shots he hit Frazier, Foreman and Lyle with woulda made Lennox go into his defensive mode, which mainly consisted of jumping back, with both his arms outstretched, rather like Wlad.

Actually, it was pretty decisive. Lewis beat Evander the first time 'round, but 'someone' paid off the judges.

                Feedback after the fight:

Seth Abraham, president of HBO Sports: "It's disappointing. It was such a wonderful promotion and to end like this...."

Emanuel Steward, Lewis' trainer: "This is what is killing boxing."

Frank Bruno, former WBC champion: "The judges verdict was the most disgusting decision I've ever seen in boxing."

Steve Farhood, Showtime boxing analyst: "I've been covering boxing twenty years. I would put this in the top five for the worst decisions I've seen."

                  He first fight, yes.

                  What about the second fight?

The second fight could have gone either way and thhst was against a well passed prime Holyfield.

Further conformation of how beatable Lewis is.

                      How so?

The second Holyfield fight was clearly a close fight that certainly could have gone either way.

It's funny that people deny this as if it never happened because of the robbery in the first fight.

A guy that was knocked out twice by fringe contenders and had a close fight with a well passed prime Holyfield is apparently unbeatable

Or I suppose he was in shape for the first one and not the second one.
