He's already been charged by the Queens DA, NY charges, does that not make this a local case? He's being prosecuted locally, end of story. I just want to know when this fool will start serving and if it will be after 5/4.

The state can announce all the charges it wants, the final say is with the ATF and federal prosecutors.

I have had a few hours to think about this and I am amazed that Guerrero would do something this ****** and risk the fight of his dreams and a payday of 5 to 10 million dollars. Leave the gun at home or send it home with your luggage. Oscar can probably get him out of this mess but maybe he can't. I was looking forward to this fight so I hope it is not called off or that Guerrero is replaced with a lesser fighter.

One of his boys better step forward and take the fall because NYC doesn't play when it comes to bringing unlicensed guns across state lines let alone high capacity ****zines. Robert Guerrero's goose is cooked. That's mandatory jail time n NYC, no pleading out.
