This is a boss move people. Whoever was involved with putting this together behind the scenes deserves credit and recognition. Whatever you feel about Floyd's career, you can't deny that he ****d this "dying" sport for every red cent. The richest deal in history.

My guess is that HBO was putting the pressure on him to face certain fighters in order to pay him the big $ and Floyd didn't like it. U have to understand HBO's position. They can't dish out millions upon millions for mediocre comp that's not guaranteed to bring in the big bucks. If they let Floyd slip away then I'm sure it was for a good reason

and? They probably wanted an higher % than showtime. Mayweathers purse comes from PPV's and tickets not HBO. They take a % for promoting and handling the PPV.

Their fight is inevitable. One of the reasons that canelo is always on his undercard aside from him being a draw is that they're setting up a big money fight between him and Floyd.
