It's not the same. The Ghost fighting in a title eliminator is not the same as ginger never fighting anyone in his weightclass except for Floyd, (if he gets the call).

The Ghost actually beat a real #1 ranked contender, next in line for the title shot. Meanwhile ginger has beaten absolutely no 154lb ranked fighter in his weight class, even though he's a 4 time defending champion.

But i do agree that the Ghost got the fight being promoted by 1 of the 2 most powerful promoters. But he still fought a real fighter to become mandatory. While ginger has yet to fight anyone at 154.

You know if you read my posts, you would have seen that I did say the Ghost got the fight with Aydin because he's promoted by golden boy.

But that is not the same as ginger fighting absolutely no one to warrant him getting a fight with either Cotto or Floyd.

What I also said was that between the 2, (both undeserving), the Ghost at least beat the #1 contender.

What you are doing, being a Floyd fan, is building the foundation in defense of Floyd because you anticipate him fighting ginger. Don't try & make the situations seem the same, they are not.

Your hatred for Canelo is clouding your judgement and removing any objectvity and rational thought from your posts. You know the above isn't true. I've said floyd/Canelo isn't a great fight to you time and time again.

IMO, Guerrero got a gift from GBP and Canelo may get a gift from GBP. Period. Exactly the same thing. Both privileged GBP fighters. You are just *****ing becuase Canelo, should he get the fight, will have gotten the better gift.

But what am trying to say, is that you'll can argue all you want, whose more deserving @ shot @ Mayweather, but what really matters is what Mayweather thinks He knows that Canelo bring more money to the table(PPV wise) only bihind Pacman & Cotto so at the end of the day he will pick canelo for next May 5th over any other fighter out there.
Mayweather said it himself I'm out here for the greatest pay days, Canelo is one of the few that can provide that.

Canelo is going to dominate Cotto when time comes...

He's going to go from a slow, no defense, protected, overated bum (as proclaimed on NSB) to an elite fighter and the future and present of boxing at 22 in a span of a few months.

If the bookies place the Cotto-Canelo odds favoring Cotto as much as NSB is... I'll be banking in December.
