Hes not that new u know. He's not that young either. He hasn't even fought a top 10 ranked opponent yet in a relatively weak division. That's pretty weak sauce. There's no.way u can defend his competition level but say his team has taken his career very very slow

I dont deny he hasnt faced good competition but the division is weak (like you said) and the high ranked opponent in the division dont want to give him a shot. So...... what you want him to do.

If Gamboa's speed is still amazing at 135 as it was at 126...Broner's in lots of trouble..

I say at 130 and they force Broner to come in at 130 its easy work for gamboa, if broner pulls what he pul;led with esco will be tougher but still gamboa/ and at 135 I have gamboa winning.

Broner re-hydrates to the same weight regardless, making him drain himself will weakend him and hence will be easier for gamboa. Either way both are about the same power-wise but with the edge going to Gamboa and both are the same speed wise to me so all the lil details dont have much importance on the outcome of the fight.

Broner is skilled, but he's not that skilled. He's not his idol, Floyd. Adrien didn't look very impressive against Ponce De Leon, a good but limited fighter. Gamboa made Ponce look like he was standing still. Now, I'm aware that styles make fights and that triangle theories don't work, but Yuri would give Broner more than he ever dreamed of.

I don't see that at all...not at all.

Broner is most effective from the outside, where he can pot shot. He isn't busy enough and doesn't throw combinations. Gamboa, despite being the smaller man will be the aggressor. Yuri will get in close (because he has to) and trouble Adrien where he's least comfortable. Broner has never fought anyone on the level of Gamboa. The speed, the power, the athleticism and the skill will all be new to him. While Adrien is a good fighter, he's still evolving from a poor man's Mayweather. He’s just not special. Yuri is.

Speaking of Floyd, there's a reason why he chummed up with Yuri and courted him away from "Top Rank." He believes in Gamboa. People can say what they will about Mayweather, but he knows a thing or two about boxing.
