Would LOVE it, but not going to get my hopes up right now.

Gamboa all day everyday, at any weight. He has too much movement for Broner and his attack is varied. Broner's offense would get shut down.

I'm a Yankee fan, too. But Gio's Cuban, so I'm rockin' his pic. lol
The kid's having another good year, maybe headed for 20 wins.

i doubt broner's offense would be shut down. thats not the type of fighter gamboa is imo. he doesnt really shut down offenses. i favor him to win, i just dont think his defense is any good. hes a highly offensive fighter. much more complete offensively than he is defensively.

Gamboa catches him and hands him his 1st loss.

Broner had a lot of trouble with a slow but busy Ponce De Leon. I'm sure Daniel's southpaw stance had something to do with it, but Gamboa's speed and movement would be tough to potshot against. Adrien would likely respect Yuri's power, so he would be fairly conservative. It would be interesting to see how Broner copes with perhaps the first fighter he's faced that's faster than himself.

You can't discount Adrien's size, however. At 135 he would be closer to his natural weight, while Gamboa would be approaching his maximum. How would that affect Yuri's speed and movement? Hard to say. If those advantages are blunted, it could be a game changer.

                    My thinking behind this is:

GBP are thinking they need to Nip TMT in the butt, so they have Broner fight Gamboa and they whole heartily believe broner will defeat Gamboa and hand him his first lost and put a damper to the TMT rodster.

Some would say Ponce already did that. I thought that was a very close fight. In my opinion, if Daniel didn't win, he certainly didn't lose, either. Another bad decision in favor of the hot prospect.
